Hi, I’m Evelina — the founder of InHeal Breathwork.

I didn’t come to this work from a place of knowing. I came to it because I didn’t know how else to move forward. Life gave me more than a few breaking points, and for a long time, I tried to hold it all together without the tools or support I needed.

Breathwork found me at a time when I was searching for something real — something that didn’t ask me to pretend or push through, but to slow down and listen. Not just to my thoughts, but to my body, to what hurt, and to what I had been avoiding.

Through the breath, I began to peel back the layers — of conditioning, of survival patterns, of who I thought I was supposed to be. I began to meet myself more honestly. Not perfectly. Not all at once. But enough to start living from a place that felt true.

Now, as a trained practitioner, I offer this work to others not from a place of having it all figured out, but from having walked through it myself. My work is about making space — for feeling, for remembering, for being human.

In every session, we use the breath to slow down and tune in — not to fix anything, but to listen. The breath has a way of bringing up what’s been buried, and with that, the chance to meet it with compassion instead of resistance. This isn’t always comfortable, but it’s honest — and that’s where real change begins.

Together, we explore the parts of you that are often pushed aside: grief, doubt, old stories, and even the things you’ve been told you should hide. Through this process, you begin to see yourself more clearly — not as broken, but as whole, complex, and fully human.

My role isn’t to lead or direct you, but to hold a space where you can soften into what’s real for you. Breath by breath, you learn how to trust yourself again — or maybe for the first time.

InHeal Breathwork isn’t a performance, a quick fix, or a spiritual bypass. It’s a space where you get to be fully yourself, without needing to be anything else. And from that place, healing becomes possible.
